We start with a health check: plugins, security, backups, speed. You get a list of what needs fixing before the plan starts.

No plan needed. For a quick edit or a small issue, book a 30-minute remote session: we share your screen and fix it together, live. Bigger jobs are billed by the hour, and we estimate first.
Care, plainly
Why not just update plugins myself?
You can. The risk is an update that breaks checkout or a form, and you find out from a customer. We use WP Drift Tool, our own in-house maintenance tool: every update is tested on a copy of your site first, then rolled out safely, with a backup ready if anything looks off.
Do you host the site?
We’re hosting partners with WP Engine and Loopia, so we can set you up on fast, managed WordPress hosting and handle the move for you. Happy with your current host? We work with that too.
What counts as a support hour?
Small changes, fixes and questions. We log the time and show it in the monthly report. Included hours are for that month: unused time doesn’t roll over.
Is Care included with a new website?
Yes. Every site we build comes with 3 months of any Care plan, free. After that you choose: stop at no cost, or continue on a 12-month contract with 3 months’ notice.
